Asgard communicator
Thor gave this communicator to Jack when they negotiate with Goa'uld for Earth's inclusion in the Protected Planets Treaty.
It is a short range communicator, which works only while the Biliskner stays in orbit. It quite easy to use: you take it in your hand and you talk.
