This is the world Apophis fled to. The refugees from Chulak gave the last third symbols, which are the only ones known.

Land of Light (P3X-797)

This planet is the first Carter's computer found with the same last three glyphs that the one Apophis escaped to. SG-1 goes there with Marines and discover a highly contagious disease.

Summary

SG-1 goes through the Stargate to a planet named P3X-797 and discovers a planet which is divided into two sides, one perpetually under darkness and the other being always lit. The population is also divided into the Touched and the Untouched. The Untouched live in the Land of Light. They are humans and are similar to Earth's Minoans. The Touched on the contrary live on the opposite side, the Land of Darkness, have a pronounced forehead and heavy eyebrows, and behave like primitive beings.

This discovery would be really interesting for academics, but SG-1's return is the beginning of a surprising transformation of all except Daniel and Teal'c. Their forehead get bigger and they begin to act like animals. These symptoms spread in the SGC and even General Hammond is affected. Jackson and Teal'c therefore decide to go back to P3X-797, hoping to find a cure in the Untouched's blood.
